Preservice training schedules for foster and adopt parents have been announced for the fall of 2010.

The Berlin-Milan Library has supplied the agency with a list of foster care and adoption books to use with children in your home or for classroom hours.

Do you need a speaker?
The foster care and adoption unit is now scheduling speaking engagements with clubs and groups in the community to create a greater awareness of the need for foster care and adoption. Contact Jen Rogers 419-626-6781, ext. 6305 for more information.

Mission Statement

The mission of Erie County Children Services Unit is to serve as a first responder to reported allegations of child abuse & neglect, to investigate such reports in a timely manner and to provide appropriate protective services to children who are found to be abused and neglected in accordance with legal mandates.
